Seeking Info on Education Details & Custom Attributes in NXT Web View
Hello!
I’m hoping to get some insights or updates regarding the availability and location of certain education-related information in the web view of NXT. Specifically, I’d like to know if or when the following items will be brought over from the database view to the web NXT side:
- Degree and a custom attribute we have labeled "WU College" with dropdown options.
- Attributes/notes under the education section that detail fraternity, sorority, or other organizational involvement during a constituent's time at school.
Currently, in NXT web view, I can only see the school name, type (e.g., high school, undergraduate), class (though not the degree), and the major (if listed). However, the custom attribute "WU College," which we use frequently, and the fraternity/sorority details are not displayed on the school tab.
If these features are already available in web view, could someone please point me to where I can find them? If not, any information on if or when these custom attributes might be integrated into the web view would be greatly appreciated.

@Jerrica Towle Unfortunately, those fields aren't available yet in the webview. I would expect that they will be coming as the team at Blackbaud continues to migrate information to the webview and hope that will be done in 2025 based on the PUB earlier this week.

@Christine Robertson - I actually was able to find a settings icon on the education section of NXT and the custom attributes are there! Thank you so much again for your help!
