Reporting Not Functioning 11/19/24?

No one in our organization is able to create new or run previously created reports. The reporting drop-down was missing for some initially until multiple refreshes. Anyone else?

  • Same with us on Reporting and not able to use Treasury drop down.

  • I contacted Blackbaud. They suggested I clear cache and cookies and now I'm able to run a report and open up a Project from General Ledger. Here are the instructions.

  • @Rebecca Martin I am sorry to hear about your issues with reporting – we've been experiencing difficulties since the end of September without any resolution. It is difficult to pinpoint the root cause as it impacts different NXT users on different days. Are you still having these issues with reporting?

    Curious if support is addressing your reporting issues? We haven’t had much success. It’s hard to navigate as the errors are not consistent or predictable. it’s Impacting all users and some days everyone at once.

  • @Jennifer Elliott We are all set now. The system is working for us. It was 2 days this week where we were unable to use the system the whole day. The mornings for us was when we couldn't use the system. There were other users that this was also happening too. We were told engineers were working on the issue and that it was resolved. We relieved this email on Wednesday afternoon, and we have been good sense.
