Cannot create a new billing item

It looks like Billing Items (from Receivables) has been ported over to web view. However, it is not working. I am able to enter all the information to create a new billing item, but when I click the ‘Save’ button, nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    @Jessica Dolan, I just tested this and am able to save new billing items without issue, so it may be that you have a bug of some kind if you're not seeing an error message about any missing fields or something like that. While AR is still very much in active development, you should be able to successfully create new billing items at this point, to my understanding. I would refer you to support to look into this.

    Has anyone else had issues with securities not transferring over from database to webview? I was able to enter product and billing items in database and edit but I am only able to view in webview. There are a few other securities and settings that have not transferred seamlessly.

    @Tara Makas, it may be that your organization hasn't received edit rights yet to that area in Accounts Receivable. However, if an admin role at your organization is able to create a new one and you're not, then I'd definitely suggest you contact support to create a case as rights should not be changing from database view to webview.
