email "send" button does not work
Please help! I am trying to send an eblast and everything (as far as I know) is ready to go. I have sent test emails to 3 people and it looks fine. However, when I select an email list that I just created from the bottom of the screen, the "send" button is not available. A colleague tried the same thing and she was not able to send either. We can neither send right away nor send at a later date. The buttons just don't work. Can someone please provide guidance? Knowledgebase does not have anything about this.
