Gift Receipt Flow- missing a batch

I have a flow that looks at past time -1 day. It runs each afternoon but lately it misses gifts. Yesterday it was missing a whole batch. None of these were back dated but they were committed in DB View about 15 minutes before the flow ran. Sometimes 5 min before.

Is there a delay in batches getting to NXT for the flow after being committed in DB View? I'm using List Gifts, then Get a Gift.

Should I post this in the Gift API area instead?

    @Carol Grant - Per API documentation, the ‘list gifts’ action returns data with an average latency of ~30 min. Meaning it may not recognize that those new gifts (added 5-15 min prior) exist that time the automation starts.

    Yes there is a delay, SKY API Gift List has a delay same as the delay with “LIst on RE NXT”. Which I think is 30 minutes

    might want to read up on this too.

    Thanks you two! UGH, I didn't realize this. 30 minutes is a long time, I will let Gift Processing know.
