Can a course 'catalog' be printed to .pdf?

I'm hoping there is a way within BB to save a step for our Upper School Division Director when creating the course catalog. Rather than a separate version in a Word document, I'm wondering if all of the courses can be set up, descriptions, pre- and co-requisites added - then if that information can be exported to a .pdf that is readable enough to give our families a version they can view or print, if they'd like.

    @Jennifer Miller Have you tried to go to Reporting - Academics - Course/Section Reports - Departments and Courses?

    Interesting - thank you.

    Looks like for us it would still take quite a bit of editing as we still have 2024-25 classes active, and would want to use this to create a 2025-26 catalog, but it's a possibility.

    @Jennifer Miller you can go to the new Course Listing (Requests and schedules > Courses) and add the columns you need and then export the list. Create a word merge document for your curriculum guide. Unfortunately, the list doesn't let you bring up next year's courses - only active - but you could remove those courses from the export
