New applicant portal - unable to publish requirements from existing grants to the new portal

Many have encountered the issue that at this time we are unable to publish requirements/reports to the new portal that did not originate with an application through the new portal. This is a known issue that makes it impossible to manage existing grants once the legacy portal is deactivated.

    @Kayte Wisor Yes, this is an issue for us as well as our reporting requirements extend beyond the sunset date for the Legacy Portal. I have flagged the issue with Support and was advised they are working on a solution. Have you submitted a ticket and advised your Blackbaud Contact?

    @Monica Jordan Hi Monica, yes, I have also been advised they are working on a solution. I think we are all having to find issues/defects independently and thought it may be useful to use this forum to troubleshoot.

    @Kayte Wisor Agreed :) And also a good idea for anyone who is affected to submit a ticket so Blackbaud is aware of the scope of the problem. I really appreciate everyone sharing their challenges and success :)
