Blackbaud Grateful Patient program, Issues with Epic reporting using WEBI Formats

Hello Everyone,

Is anyone else using a Grateful Patient program that exports Epic patient data to a WEBI universe? We're encountering an issue with the formats supported by WEBI reports and its scheduling tool.

The Blackbaud Grateful Patient Program only accepts CSV or pipe-delimited files, but the scheduler in WEBI can only export data in tab-delimited or CSV format—however, it does so in a zipped file. This creates a problem because Blackbaud cannot process the zipped file, and we are unable to provide them with the necessary format.

Has anyone here worked with this reporting tool, or dealt with the Blackbaud Grateful Patient Program? Specifically, we're wondering if it's possible to change the file format or if there's a way to unzip the file before running it through TA and importing it into ResearchPoint.
