Go to Core - Communications - Notifications - Notifications History and change Category to Conduct. Click the E-Mails link on the bottom right to get details of emails sent.

@Erin King If you want to see a system email that went to a specific person, you can do that through the “view communications” button on their Core profile. I'm a platform manager, so I can see them all, but I'm not certain which other roles might have access to view which communications on a Core profile. I can view the conduct notifications by clicking on the item name in this list, but I can't view pushpage issues from the view communications screen in the same way. The details are there, so you can look up that pushpage issue if you need to view it.
