Committee Review: Internal Note Tile

The January 7 release notes have announced that Internal Notes can now be added to Committee Review.

Admissions managers can now include an Internal Notes option when setting up a committee. From Committee review, edit or create a new committee, then under Tile options, you'll see a list of options which can be enabled to be visible to reviewers. Options can include things like Files and Forms, Connections, Candidate Information, and more. Once enabled, reviewers will see an Internal Notes section as well as the selected options from the Committee Review Center.

I have followed the steps outlined to enable the tile, but the Internal Notes section is still not appearing when reviewing candidates.

Is there a delay on this feature release?

Hi @Shirley Wagar! There should be no delay in seeing the internal notes once you've turned them on in Committee Review. The notes tile will show at the bottom of the candidate's review screen and you will only see the “Internal Notes” title if there are no notes on that candidate's record. If you just made the change and aren't seeing them, try signing out and signing back in or clearing your cache to see if that refreshes it for you.

    Hope that helps!

  • @Kelsey Huijgen Thanks! It took a day, but the tile is now appearing.

    Much appreciated!
