FE NXT Performance Issues

Is anyone experience performance issues specifically regarding FE-NXT? I am not able to submit, approve invoice, run reports, import and edit journal entry batches, etc.. I keep getting the spinning green dot and an error message stating “That's Odd”. This has been occurring since yesterday. We have multiple tickets open for this issue.

    hope you're no longer experiencing issues. FE NXT's been running smoothly on my end.

    I have this bookmarked to help me determine whether issues are temporary or caused by major outage.

    Yes, we have been having performance issues, since Sept 2024.

    These issues are on going. I had a help desk ticket out for 8 months. It took email after email after HAR files, Hours arguing for them to believe this is a full Blackbaud system error. NO ONE WILL Listen and it is happening again. Please HELP! Who can we reach out to fix this. I currently have yet another ticket they will not listen to again. I can not work!

    I have multiple help desk tickets since last year. I was told after 8 months it had been corrected only to have it start again in November. If you check back through discussions it has been ongoing for sometime. Please create a ticket. It will be the only way they finally review the ongoing issues.
