I am trying to set up our grant request process which requires a letter of inquiry to be reviewed and then a by invitation only grant request. How do I connect the letter of inquiry form to the eligibility quiz? So far I have only been able to figure out how to add a request form.

    You would use a Request form for both the first stage (loi) and second stage (invited proposal).

    You would create 3 forms, Eligiblity Form and 2 Request Forms, in the Program on the Forms section you would select the Eligibility Form and the default form would be the Request form serving as the LOI and in the Workflow you would add the 2nd Request form.

    After you have reviewed the LOIs there is a action button on your Request records to publish the additional form, the invited proposal for those receiving it.

    @Jason Kelliher follow up question - would the date for the end of the cycle be the end of the LOI application period? Or the end of the 2nd request due date? I think the end of the LOI application period makes sense, right?

    The cycel dates impact the LOI stage only.
