How to Sign Up for Beta Testing Queries in NXT RE & FE
Hello!
My team is really interested in joining the beta testing for the new query features in Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge NXT. We’d love to get in on this so we can try out the new features early and provide some helpful feedback.
We’re already part of the community and familiar with the platform, but we’re not sure where to start when it comes to signing up for beta testing or who we should reach out to. If anyone can point me in the right direction or share how your team signed up, I’d really appreciate it!

@Jerrica Towle I had asked this question as well during a I believe one of the previous 'BB IT Breakout virtual sessions earlier this year' and I actually never heard back. Thank you for putting this question out there.

I think @Erik Leaver answer this previously. The beta testing of Query in webview is not accepting new tester at this moment. I still tagged him in case this changed.I do know that Query in webview is almost ready for public use, stay tuned for PUB next week and maybe you will get great news

@Jerrica Towle Alex is correct that beta testers are no longer being recruited. The progress on Query in Raiser's Edge NXT was addressed in Tuesday's Product Update Briefing, and Query in Financial Edge NXT will be discussed during today's briefing at 1pm ET. @Alex Wong @Darlene LeVielle @Christine Newman - Thank you so much for the updates! I attended BBCON this year and spoke with a few people about becoming a beta tester for some products. I appreciate the update and wanted to mention that I've also signed up for FE and RE product updates. @Erik Leaver, if you need any additional input for queries or other features, please let us know. ?

Thanks so much for letting us know @Jerrica Towle - I ask about the 11/12 BPUB because when at the end they spoke about the TWS with about 10 minutes left in the presentation as it relates to the EAP programs, it felt as though some of these EAPs were still available until their go live launches at the end of this year and/or some with more enhancements for example in Query WBV by early ‘25, that this was still an option to apply for. Perhaps there’s a list of those EAPs somewhere that indicates which are closed and which are still open for applying to? Thanks.

I was wondering if it’s still possible to sign up for beta testing for reporting in NXT? I know reports have fully transitioned in FE, but I’d love some guidance on how to get us signed up for the NXT version. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it! I’ve also already signed up for EAP.Thanks in advance for any help!

@Jerrica Towle - Standard Reports for RE is already in EAP (Early Adaptor Program). You can put your name down for future EAPs and Discovery Calls through the link Erik shared. Since you've already signed up - reach out to your BB Account Rep and let them know that you're interested as well. And keep an eye on the RE NXT and FE NXT forums on BB Community - BB staff will periodically post opportunities there as well.
