Hi - I’m looking for guidance on how to view installment/payment details in WebView. In a specific case, an organization (let's call it 'A') made a pledge, but the payment was made by its sister company ('B'). Is there a way to easily check from the constituent record of ‘A’ whether the pledge has been paid through Giving or Giving History?

    There is no default functionality to easier see what you want on RE NXT Constituent Giving/Giving History tile.

    You will need to go into specific pledge's record to trace into the payment gift record.

    If the payment gift is soft credit to the pledge constituent, then it will show in the Giving History, but that will depend on your org's usage of soft credit and if it fits into that role.
