Bulk merging Financial Institutions
Hi there,
Does anybody know of a way of bulk merging banks on Raiser's Edge? I'm aware of how to do so manually using the Financial Institution Clean-up function but our database has over 12,000 duplicate banks which I'm keen to merge into a master record as per their sort codes.
Ideally, if any of you are able to provide a reliable agency to whom we can outsource this data for a one-off clean, that would be really useful. Blackbaud's own advice regarding this matter hasn't suggested anything which can get this done in one fell swoop, so I'd rather this issue didn't drag on for a period of months/years.
