1099 Issues Logging into Aatrix

When I click Generate, it takes me to Aatrix, but the screen is mostly blacked out. You can faintly see the Aatrix login screen, but it won't allow you to enter login information. I submitted a ticket to support but haven't heard back yet. Is anyone else is experiencing this issue?

    I get the same issue but only in Chrome. If I use MS Edge/ Firefox, I can log in successfully. What browser were you using?

    I was using Chrome. This is the browser I normally use, but also tried Edge and still couldn't login.

  • @Debbie Arthur we are having the same issue. Were you able to determine a fix? We created a case with Blackbaud, but no fix yet. We also tried to reach out to Aatrix, but the fix they suggested didn't work. We have tried Mac and Windows computers, plus different browsers. I am out of ideas at this point.

    I switched to Firefox, and was able to login to Aatrix. It's not a browser I ever use, but if you are still having issues, you might want to give it a try, if you haven't already. We were able to process our 1099s today….finally! Hope it works for you too. I know how frustrating this can be. I'm still not clear on why Chrome and Edge weren't working.
