Journal entry issues in web view

Is anyone else very concerned about the upcoming phasing out of the data base view for FE especially for Journal Entries? They are so cumbersome and unreliable to work with in the web view. Today, I tried to edit a JE. After making all the changes, I tried to validate and save. After waiting for the dreaded bouncing green ball to stop, I received an error message. So I tried to just save and not validate and I got a message saying I don't have sufficient rights to edit (I do!). So I closed out of the JE in Web view and tried to open it in Data base view but it keeps telling me it's already open so I can't edit it (it's not). I'm so very tired of the duplication of work caused by FE NXT's glitchiness. At least data base view is reliable!! I'm worried to have it go away completely.

    @Susan Ferraro I completely agree that FE NXT web view is not ready to be stand alone. They should keep it open until the web view is functioning for 99% of clients. Some of the items aren't even planned to move over to web view so we have no idea what we are going to do once they “turn it off” for GL, AR, etc.

    @Jeanette Emery @Susan Ferraro It is not much of a viable option to work in. NXT just isn't cutting it. Given the time it has taken Blackbaud to begin (slowly and poorly) rolling out NXT, I am afraid a large deal of users will look elsewhere for an Accounting System.

    Hopefully corporate takes accountability and action.
