1099s not gerenating into Aatrix

We are having an issue with the step by step process in generating the data into Aartix. We are doing everything and once aatrix opens and goes through it's steps there is no data in there. Please advise

Yes, I am still having trouble with 1099-MISC. I was able to process 1099-NEC this morning (1/17/25) but when I “generate” 1099-MISC, no data displayed on the grid. I tried a third time just a moment ago (1/17/25 ~2pm) still no data shown.

Since I only have a few 1099-MISC, I manually entered them to the grid. I can't imagine how those who have large number of returns will handle if the problem persists.

I've spent an hour on this product. I've been doing this for 15 years. Hung upon Verification 4 (of 8)- Name and Address - and their all perfect. Now on long hold with Aatrix.
