1099 Filing with Aatrix

I am having issues with my 1096 Federal and 1096 State reporting the same information. The filing state on all of them is Missouri (MO). The 1096 state is only pulling in 41 where the Federal is pulling in all 52 like it should. Anyone else having/or had this issue? I've been on hold with Aatrix Support for an hour and still have an estimated hold time of another hour.

    Maybe a stupid question on my part, but does each vendor missing from the state report have the state listed in their 1099 vendor info? Or are there any which have 1099 vendor checked but no state indicated? That would probably produce the situation you're seeing.

    @Roberta A Gilbert they all had the correct information, nothing missing. I was on hold with Aatrix for over 2 hours on Tuesday and finally got connected to support. They told me that Missouri only wants 1099 vendors paid $1200+ but the Federal government wants them for $600+. It was news to me!
