Grantee download previous applications & reports

In preparation of informing grantees of the new portal, does anyone have a how-to on how to download their grant history (applications and requirements)? Is there a batch download function in the legacy grantee portal? Thanks.

    I don't have an answer to your question (sorry!), but I can tell you that we have decided to not confuse our current applicants with that whole process. Either they did it as they submitted applications, in which case any detailed instructions we give them now will just cause undue concern … or they didn't and they can ask us for the information. Recognizing that would be a manageable number for us even if everybody needed something.

    This is the wording we've been using (suggested during a user group meeting):

    To save previous versions of your grant applications before August 25, 2025:

    • On the “Show” drop down on the far right, select “Submitted Applications”.
    • Locate previously submitted applications you wish to save.
    • Under the "Action" column on the far right, click the small envelope icon to email a copy to yourself.
    • The emailed file will be in HTML format; to save as a PDF, open the attachment and use your browser's 'Print' function, selecting 'Save as PDF' as the printer option.
