Entering RSVPs: Discrepancy in NXT and Database
I'm trying to enter response to invitations in NXT. I am able to do and mark them as attending. When I check on the data in Database however, their status are not automatically marked as RSVP-Yes, instead it simply says they are registered with the Response portion left blank. If I need to pull a query in database on people who have responded to the invitation, will it recognize those that have been marked as Attending in NXT?

response and registration status in dbview is not the same field, and only registration status field is shown/editable in webview.You will need to adjust your query reporting to the registration status field.

Unfortunately the fields for events in db view and web view do not cleanly map to each other. To pull those who have responded I believe you will need to pull the registration field.This is going to be a bit messy until they align or db is no longer used. We use a number of fields in db view that are not in web view.

- No Response = <Blank>
- N/A = <Blank>
- Declined = Do Not Register
- Cancelled = Do Not Register
- Interested = Not Registered
- Waitlisted = Not Registered
- Attending = Registered
