Deceased Event Registrants

In the Deceasing Options you cannot add a “Date to” on an Event Registrant Constituency. You can “View as” Event Registrant and flag any upcoming Event as ‘Will not Attend’ but this does not appear to affect the Constituency. Is this Constituency meant to stay forever, even if the Registrant never attends any event (especially a Deceased one) or is there a scenario where we do “end” a Event Registrant Constituency?

    Hi @David Webb - Yes, as soon as someone is registered for an event, this constituency is added and there is not a way to edit. The only way to remove the constituency is to delete any event registrations for the person.

    There is an idea in the Idea Bank to allow this to be able to be edited. I'd suggest voting and adding some details specific to your use case. https://bbcrm.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CRM-I-2799

    @Ashley Moose Thanks good to know I wasn't missing something. I'll take this back to our team and see if we want this Constituency to End in some scenarios, like Deceasing.
