Good evening!

Apologies in advance. I am not sure how to go about drawing more attention to this significant issue, so I am reposting a discussion that I submitted 2 weeks ago on 2/20/2025: Transcript and Report Card access issues due to requiring that grade plan naming conventions be identical to utilize new builders

This continues to be a huge issue and has come up with 7 of my schools in just the last 30 days. The enhancement request total is now up over 200, having gained over 40 votes in the last 2 weeks.

Collectively, this is a top 6 SIS enhancement request in the ideas bank. And in my opinion, the most urgent, as it results in schools publishing grades to students/parents before what they assume is the actual publish date. Can Blackbaud please provide an update?

Sorry for being a pain, but thank you in advance for any updates that you can provide! I want to promote the new builders. I truly LOVE them and love all of the customization options. But I can no longer recommend the switch over to the new builders until this bug is resolved.

    I ran into this same issue last year and support told me it's just how the new builder is and that it's just picky. I hope there actually could be a resolution.

    @Kristen Duval we had to update all our grade plans and term names when we moved to the builder now we run into major issues reporting out mid-year grades and courses in progress without a ton of manual manipulation. Also experiencing issues adding high school courses taken in a another school level. Fun surprises since this conversion 2 years ago.
