Creating or access a test donation form for creating Add-Ins

I know this topic has been brought up before but I have seen no resolution: is it possible to access or create a form for testing Add-Ins for donation forms? Currently there does not appear to be anything accessible from the dev cohort.

    @Thomas Royal access to the Online Giving donation form in the SKY Developer Cohort has to be requested. You should have access to it now. “Online Giving” should appear under the product switcher on the far left of the main nav.
