New applicant portal- full application document not available

The full PDF application is not coming through as a part of the application package. In the legacy portal, it came through as an HTML document, and in our last cycle when we tested the new portal, the full application as submitted came attached as a PDF document. This is super important as we have had so many issues with the new portal we need to be able to see the information exactly as submitted by the applicant to ensure data accuracy. Is anyone else encountering this problem?

  • @Kayte Wisor did you just notice it today? I had an application yesterday that had it but today a new application that came in does not have it. Wondering if I need to submit a ticket?

  • @Tonya Conaway I first noticed it yesterday and now it has happened with three applications. I have tried to do the Upload Files function where it brings in the documents again once considered, but that does not help/work. I've submitted a ticket but just wanted to see here if others are experiencing the same.

  • @Kayte Wisor I encountered the same issue today and just submitted a ticket. Hopefully this gets resolved soon as it's essential we have the PDF document for each application.

  • @Julianne Green Support told me “I've had a few other users report similar behavior. I've tied your case to the pending investigation on the matter and will provide updates as they are made available.” This is a big deal for us- especially because it appears the forms are not updating the fields on the organization record with new data, which is why I wanted to look at the full PDF to confirm.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? We are still using the Legacy site but are hoping to be using the new portal full time by April/May

  • @Amanda Whyte Our grant deadline is April 7 so applications are coming in slowly. I have had two come in this week that DO have the full PDF application attached. However, I still can't access the full application for those that came in last week, and no explanation as to why it comes through in some cases (on the same Program/Form) and not others. Support told me this morning they are still investigating and others are still impacted.
