Workspace clears when navigate to Applications tab

I've noticed when I navigate back and forth between my workspace and any of the Application tab pages (like Pending submissions, Manage forms, Programs, etc.), everything clears from my workspace. So I have to start all over again with what I was working on. Does this happen to others? It's frustrating, and I can't imagine it's functioning as intended.

    A great navigation short cut, if you right click on any Menu item in the main omni bar you can open in another browser tab or another window all togther, this is a great way to multi-task in Grantmaking.

  • @Jason Kelliher Thanks Jason, yes I know this option! It's just only with the Applications tab that the Workspace clears on me, and only recently so I assumed maybe it had to do with the yourcause url. I guess we need to develop new habits.

  • @Jason Kelliher Also just a quick note- in the How-To Documentation for Workspace, it clearly states Note: You can navigate to other areas of Grantmaking without losing your unsaved changes, unless you refresh the browser.”

    However, this isn't true with navigating to the new Application portal areas. I think useful for Blackbaud to acknowledge this as it's a system behavior change from what's been documented.
