Creating Addressee and Salutations when adding a new constituent record

@Mark Bezanson Can you share a bit more about what you are experiencing?

When you go to add the new constituent is this the first thing you see?

Or do you only see it when you move say from Bio1 to Bio 2 and it asks you to save the record? If this is the case, you should be able to add the Primary addressee, save the record and keep going.

A couple of other thoughts. If you are able to get to the point of entering information about the new constituent, maybe consider a default set that can be the first thing you do. The default set could just be to add the basic addressee/salutation template so you could move forward adding additional information.

Not sure how you are adding these records, but if you are using an import, consider adding an addressee/salutation id for primary addressee for all the records so you have something entered. Guide for finding those ids can be found here:

@Mark Bezanson Thanks for sharing that Mark, unfortunately coming from NXT autocreation your defaults/required fields are not respected as you have them set up in database view. ?

Here is an idea you can vote for cause I agree, this is annoying to have to check for and add this.
