Hi all, we're developing individual constituent records that host a prospect portfolio for our major gift officers to pull prospects from into their portfolios. Does anyone have experience with this from the past in how they have named those records and tips or tricks for managing it?

    Welcome to the community @Lauren Helms! I think you're going to need to be a bit more descriptive? I'm not sure if we are following what you are asking? Are you stating that you are creating a constituent record to house the portfolio as opposed the user? For instance, something like a record called “Major Gift Officer”? I hope that is not what you are proposing.
