Tables Missing
I have added some new tables and when I load RE Db view I can see them and add them to constituents records, as well as add them to constituent records in NXT, but when I try to create a constituent list in NXT I cannot find those under the filter - every other table i created but the newly created ones. This was done last week for time reference.

@Alex Wong Yes I am. I added 5 new tables under Email List custom field and when I went to do a list I only saw 2

do you have a screenshot? I'm not sure I understand what you mean by “5 new tables under Email List custom field". are you talking about constituent custom field? since email does't have custom field.0 -
@Alex Wong I added a custom attribute Email LIst with 5 new descriptions and only two of them show up and I can't add any new ones. All other tables are ok but this one is not.

check the table management for this table in RE NXT webview (you can't do it in dbview anymore), and see if the 5 entries are all there, and if they are all “active”.0 -

If so, might be time to reach out to BB support.

@Jesse Calagna Can you query on the new attributes? This sounds like a bug, and you'll probably want to engage support. Especially since you can add them on records and see them on records, they should be available as a filter.

If you already done everything and it is not working as expected, open a support ticket.I have not encounter this type of problem (bug) in RE NXT, so one more check, is it possible that the “wrong" but “similarly named” table was updated instead? I have seen that before

@Alex Wong I can query on them just not list. I have contacted support but as always they have no idea! and yes they are all active - i have done extensive testing

@Jesse Calagna You'll probably have to escalate the issue! It will take some time to hear back from BB upper level support, but they may be able to resolve the issue much quicker!

@Jesse Calagna That sounds like a quiet bug fix…it happens from time to time. Do keep an eye on it to see if it replicates in the future.

So I ran a test on what you stated, and confirmed:- Constituent List filter is not going to show any “table entries” that does not have any record using it.
- Constituent List filter has a refresh delay of up to 30 minutes. So that said, even if you have added the new entry to a constituent, it can be up to 30 minutes before the filter will show the new entry

I don't know when you may have saw a different workingness. I just tested it and it is how this is working at this time. (specifically I am talking about a constituent attribute that is table data type that I added to). I did not test other table type (i.e. default table: constituent code). So maybe there's a difference is workingness1 -
@Alex Wong All I know is what I saw with my own eyes. I added those 5 attributes and only 2 showed up (this was before I added them to any donor records) ?♂️

@Jesse Calagna - Because you are getting an inconsistent result, I recommend reaching out to support. What Alex described below is my experience as well - table entries don't display in filters unless they are in use and there is a sync delay to contend with.
