At the November 2024 Product Update Briefing Blackbaud announced that support for pledges would be coming to RE NXT Donation Forms by the end of the year. As far as I can tell this feature has still not rolled out for my company (I'm in the U.S.), is that accurate or a bug?

At first I thought their timeline likely was delayed but it is now the end of March and still nothing. I watched a webinar from last week that talked about this feature coming soon for Canadian customers but it wasn't clear if it was already shipped for U.S. customers or would be coming soon for us as well.

    @Megan Unrau Pledge on Standard form is not available in any region yet; we are finishing up end to end testing right now and expect the first wave to be out by the May Product Update Brief.

    @Samantha McGuin Thanks for answering Samantha. I think there's an opportunity to communicate more clearly outside of PUBs when launches get delayed so significantly. This is a pretty big barrier for getting my team onboard with RE NXT, it feels like the goal posts are frequently moving without any clear communication about it.
