Power BI connector refresh error in Power BI Service

We are getting the following error when we refresh our reports in Power BI Service:

Everything was working fine before this but for some reason all our scheduled refreshes failed last night and we don't recognize this error. The refresh in Power BI Desktop currently works but once we publish them the refresh it gives us the error again. The only thing we've been able to find in our own research is to update the gateway to the latest version but we just updated our gateway 2 weeks ago so I don't think that is it.

Does anyone know what is going on and how we can fix this?
