Schedule Maker and Block Use for Elementary School

We are hoping to begin using the schedule maker for the next school year but our current K-Gr 5 classes do not all follow the same timing. For example, our Kinder students may do a nature study from 10:00-10:30, but our Grade 2 students do math from 9:30-10:15 and Grade 4 has music at that time from 9:50-10:30. Has any school used the schedule maker for situations like this? Or would we need to re-work our own time of classes.
