Is editing topics behaving badly for anyone else?

Typing "return" anywhere in the window either moves all the text from the top, or shifts the entire window down the page!

Yes, we are unable to edit the text feature in class topics. Pressing “enter” pushes the entire text down instead of creating a new line.

We are experiencing a similar issue, only in Education Solutions → Events. We are also noticing a similar issue with Official Notes. I plan to reach out to Customer Support. Will respond back if I hear anything.

@Michael Clark YES! the return key on the keyboard is creating additional spacing the header of the Messages, Official Notes and Topics areas, but not where the cursor is sitting. I also experienced issues with the delete and backspace buttons as well as the space bar but after rebooting those have resolved. Persisting is the return key.

We were able to copy the text into Docs, edit it, then paste it back.

@Kristi Romanik - It can't hurt - it's not on the hosting page as an issue, so I'm not sure how widespread the issue is.

@Petra Hall Good news: Blackbaud has fixed this issue. Editing topics has returned to normal.
