BBMS reports not matching Altru
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues this year where the bbms disbursement report numbers do not match what is in Altru. We've had it happen on several occasions where our Altru numbers were higher that what we actually rec'd in our BBMS deposits. It never seems to be one payment that we can trace it to so it is very difficult to reconcile. There are occasions where there are things “hung up” in Unresolved online sales orders, but there also seems to be something else happening. Any ideas on where else to look?

@Jessica Pierce Thank you, Jessica! I don’t recall seeing this process capability before. Has this been recently added? I remember trying to do something similar in the past and struggling with uploading the BMS report, which didn’t work at the time. This current process is incredibly straightforward. I noticed the Knowledge Base article is dated 3/19/25, so perhaps it is new?

Hi Everyone,
I had a little bit when my reconcilations were matching, and now they are not again. According to the Altru Reconcile Transactions and Disbursements report, the status is reconciled and there are no unmatched transactions, but there 100% are. I now know that refunds appear in the BMS report outside of their date range, but sometimes I'm not reconciling, and everything is within the report's date range. This is a process for me that should take about 10 minutes, but now it sometimes takes hours. I also had a support case open for a while, and I thought that I had figured it out, but apparently, there are still issues that I don't know how to trace.
I have been doing this task for about 9 years and I have never had this many issues until the last few months. I'm not really sure what I am doing wrong.
If anyone has any other suggestions or a comprehensive list of all the things that could happen, I would love to hear from you.
