    I think we are going to! I've had one virtual meeting with a rep so far. We are in the very beginning stages. I would also love to hear from anyone who has experience with it!

    @Tamara Christensen @Beth Trainer I was looking at Wordfly as well, but I heard from another user that they were having a lot of issues - one specifically was that the write-back to Altru had been broken for several months without any clear timeline for when it would be fixed.

    They did say that it still had a lot to offer as far as automation & design improvements, but our biggest motivator was the two-way integration so we decided not to pursue it since it seemed like it would basically be equivalent to our current marketing tool (mailchimp).

    @Ruth Droescher @bethtrainer The sales rep did not mention that it is not working. The integration is why we would switch.

    It's still not writing back into Altru even though they said it was fixed. I know they are working on it though. The documentation that Wordfly provides is not great. I'm trying to setup triggered campaigns and it's not easy. I was asked by Wordfly to send them what I create once I do it. They have somewhat helped with questions. We actually decided that we won't move our membership renewal process from Altru to Wordfly. We have just copied the HTML code over to Altru to make the emails look nicer. I'd hold off on switching until this partnership is more established and documentation is better.
