Clearing Credit Card statement charges in the Register

Hello,

Has anyone been clearing Paid Statement charges in the register in NXT vs. FE? I am still able to clear them in FE so I am assuming it is not available yet in NXT? I have looked all over in the Blackbaud system for instructions and have not come across what I am looking for. Cany anyone help? ? Thanks!

    Looks like it is still a work in progress as I just checked and we are not able to do it for register cards, but we are able to do it in database view.

    Where do you go in FE to clear transactions? Is it like a bank reconciliation?

    Yes, in FE in the register, you can pull up each cardholder, it will bring up all of their transactions. When you click on each transaction, it will bring up the invoice and at the bottom right hand corner it has where you can clear it by checking a box and add the due date. If you clear them, and go to another card holder and go back to that one you just cleared, the only ones left, if any, will be the ones you didn't clear for the next month. Hope this helps!

    I did not know this little gem. I was hoping for something like the bank recec process. I'm still hoping for it in NXT. I have voted for it in the idea bank in the past.
