    @Crystal Bruce Hello, I am looking to run a report for one of our accounts 41001 and I can see it but I want to include all portions and dept on the GL

    @Doris Donovan, it sounds like you might be masking or summarizing data. What type of report are you running?
    If you just run a General Ledger Report, you can utilize the filters to filter the account code to 41001 and you should see all of the full account strings associated with that account code.
    If you're running a different report type, I may be able to advise which area of the formatting is being masked/summarized.
