Including Inactive Appeals/Campaign/Fund records in Query

I'm sure this feature is still in progress, but does anyone currently have the capability to include inactive record types in web view query? For instance, I was trying to build a list of individuals who had certain assigned appeals on their records. All of the appeals were marked inactive in the system; therefore, I had to open the database to create the query and then use it for an NXT list.
