Unable to Generate Purchase Orders from Requisition Requests

Good Morning Everyone,

With the removal of PO's from the data base I am unable to generate PO's from requisitions requests in NXT. It goes through the process and then states it is unable to generate line items. I have reported the issue, and nothing has been done. This is detrimental to a purchasing dept, and wondering if this is occurring to anyone else?

  • @Heddi Bonham We have the same issue. Almost all of our purchase orders are created from requisitions. And right now, all we can do in webview is create from scratch or create bulk purchase orders. Neither of which is helpful.

  • @Heddi Bonham we are having the same issue. When our IT folks looked at the settings, they were unable to find anything related to Purchase Orders. It's like the entire module has disappeared from our system. We have several critical PO's that need to be created and sent to vendors. We have reported it but have been told that there is no estimated time to correct the issue.
