Running Statements in FENXT

Is anyone else having the same issue where an item is removed from the database view, but it does not work properly in web view FENXT? I have encountered this issue in two instances. For example, I have to run/print client statements every month and it involved me having to swap out query filters for different reports. This month the statements are no longer in database view. When I was doing it in the web view, I tried to change the query and as I typed it says nothing comes up - as if it doesn't exist. This is not good because if the filter was to ever be deleted, we can't get it back, or if I had to run for a different query, it would not work, and I can't get these statements out to clients. I have been emailing with Blackbaud since last week for a similar issue (I can't change the custom transaction fields when posting subledgers).

I'm not sure of a work around. It's very difficult to have something change and then not work properly because it effects our work. Is it possible to turn statements back on in the database until the web is working properly rather than not have it work for multiple weeks? Screenshot attached for context. The left side shows that the query exists in an already saved report, the right side shows that when you try to create a new report it nothing comes up.
