Prospect Insights vs iWave
Hello to all. I'm new to RE, and wondering about the Prospect Insights piece; does anyone know where the Insights database gets it's information, beyond what is in my list of constituents? Is it comparing to all philanthropic activity for the donor, including other organizations?

@Debbie Adare You will get more detail in iWave than in Prospect Insights. I think Prospect Insights is a great option for an organization that doesn't have access to a ratings tool like iWave (and it is also good to use in conjunction with such a tool), but I don't see it as a replacement for those tools at this time.

It needs more logic and maybe filters before it will be worth the time. It is identifying people who haven't given in more than 20 years as qualified unassigned prospects.
