Template for importing invoices into A/P
Hi,
I've imported my payroll journal into the Excel into NXT which I can now get to work. I have several invoices (over 60) that I used to enter thru FAST in the database. Now that is gone so I'm trying to import my invoices into NXT. Where/how do I find this template? My description is the same for all of them, posted to the same G/L account and all paid from the same bank account.
Can anyone help please?
I've tried clicking on the chat button this morning but nothing happens! Bring back the FAST!!

The import templates can be tricky. Can you email me the import file? Please just include the headers and one row of data (made up) I don't want any protected information. Brianr@kitsaptranist.com
Looks like your import mapping is off somewhere since nothing validated.

Lisa looking at your data I highlighted things which appear incorrect, which is causing your error.
You have invoice distribution account number twice in your field mapping. The other highlighted amounts aren't correct either. Let me know if that makes sense.
