BBMS, Bank Reconciliation & Refunds
We have our funds disbursed daily, however that means that they are roughly 7 days apart from when the transaction takes place to when the funds hit our bank account. We occasionally experience where due to different time zones etc, funds will show up in Altru one day, however hit BBMS another day. We can see those transactions clear as day.
Where we struggle is with refunds. I am not sure what the rhyme or reason is for when the refunds show up on the disbursement reports. Does anyone have a confident way they reconcile this that they would be willing to share? Thanks!
