Parents updating contact info

@Amy Welsh if parents aren't seeing the edit button on particular fields when viewing their contact card, it's likely the profile access settings need to be adjusted under Core → Security → Profile Access. There are pretty granular settings in terms of what fields each role can view/edit, along with a separate tab for what they can view/edit for their child or spouse, etc.

There's also Profile Update School Forms. It's pretty slick, it will show the parent what's in BB in the form, with a chance to update or add. It updates their profiles, you don't have to do much. I've used it as a parent in my son's school for years, (they email it out to all parents yearly around winter break) but the current school I'm at doesn't use it. It's one of things I'm hoping to implement next year.
