    @Joanne Felci Our CFO handles the contract with the vendor for state registrations. So, for us, it's Finance.

    @Joanne Felci I believe this goes to general counsel for my org. At other organizations, it was outsourced to a vendor.

    Our Foundation accountant handles these. We're a small shop (team of 7!), so it made the most sense for her to manage them as she tracks other compliance related details.

    @Joanne Felci We manage the process (Operations team in the Office of Development) with an outside vendor who specializes in state reg. Our legal department also assists us with some applications.
