AP Post Filter Not Working

We are facing a really frustrating issue currently. When we try to filter our AP subledger post parameter by bank, it doesn't filter anything out. When we validate the post report, it just shows the same information as if we didn't add the filter. Does this filter not work or has anyone found a way to get it to work? Thank you!

    @Natalie Goodell, I'm not able to duplicate this issue in sample data – my first suggestion would be to create a new parameter (instead of editing an existing) and see if you get the same results with it ignoring your filters. If, instead, that works, then definitely delete the other one – if you get the same results, however, please contact support so we can get this defect resolved for you!

  • @Nikki Baldwin Hi Nikki, we were testing this filter using our current parameter and then also created a brand new AP parameter to test the filter on. We did reach out to Blackbaud and they said they passed it onto a team to look at. We were just wondering if anyone else had experienced the same issue. Thanks for the input, any response is helpful!

  • @Natalie Goodell Hi Natalie, did you ever resolve? I've a dozen support calls where the BB people just look at the filters again and pass me to someone else. Also since last spring. 1 more year left on the contract. :-(
