Problems with sandbox access and no response from support since March (now May)

Hi - we've been asking Blackbaud support (on both partnerprogram@blackbaud.com and skyapi@blackbaud.com) to address a few issues for us in our sandbox access since March and are still awaiting a response.

Could Blackbaud support respond please, or if anyone else knows how to get around these limitations, your advice would be great.

  1. How do we access the company details via the API, there isn't an endpoint available, where can I get this?
  2. The UI on the sandbox doesn't allow entry of AR data. Please can this be amended? We've been told that we have full access but that doesn't seem to be the case.
  3. The UI on the sandbox isn't showing the AP and GL reports. Again, we've been told that we have full access but we are still not able to even run a TB!

  • @Matt Evans I can only answer your first point. The second and third ones are, I suppose, more directed to Blackbaud.

    When you get an access token to work with RE or FE you are sent back items in the payload which include the environment id and name and the legal entity id and name. See here for more info on those fields:
