Manage account security using a range

Under user security, I need to change the accounts under “manage account security” using a range. It won't let me delete a range. I have to clear the entire screen to delete a range. And it won't let me use the same account number for the beginning and end of a range. The database allowed us to delete rows and to use the same acct # for the beginning and end of a range. Does anyone know how to do this or if this is something that is being worked on by Blackbaud? Thank you!

    as an alternative, you should be able to set up ranges like that in a query then set the users account security to reference the query option. A bit of a round about but should work.
