Recurring Invoice for a PO

If you create a recurring invoice for a PO, does it automatically receive off the PO and update the amount left on the PO or is there something else that needs to be done? Or do you have to receive from the PO first in order to generate a recurring PO?

    No , Recurring invoices are their own records not linked to PO's. Sounds like you're looking ot have a large PO and have smaller ones take money off it. IF that's the case look into using Blanket PO's and generating regular PO's off the blanket. The smaller PO's allow you to use money from the large blanket order then invoice those regular PO's receipts as needed for the individual invoices.
