Daily Schedule Calendar blocked

Hello

We are having some issue - not able to edit Daily Schedule Calendar of Senior School although it is future date.

It displays “Attendance has been recorded, therefore modifications to the schedule for this day cannot be processed.”

We do not have anything pre-recorded on this day AND for Middle School, we have pre-excused attendance recorded but still able to edit.

Anyone experienced same issue?

    We had this issue and were advised that attendance taken for ANY SECTION means the daily schedule calendar can no longer be updated. If Section A met Monday and attendance was taken, we could not adjust the schedule on Tuesday, etc. It's very confusing and has lead to a lot of confusion when we have day-of schedule modifications.

    Thank you for your reply, I reached out to BB again but no solution to this yet.

    We have Middle School who even have pre-excused attendance taken on the particular date and their Daily Schedule is not locked so I am just so confused.

    @Lina Kim We had the same issue and when I dug into it, I learned that a teacher had inadvertently taken attendance for a day next month! Once that was removed, we were able to edit the schedule.

    I found out that if anyone enters pre-excused absences by class, it makes the calendar block.

    BUT if it is entered by student, calendar is not affected.
